Project Scope:

 

  The project scope is described in specification Section 011000, SUMMARY and the attached drawings.  In general, the work consists of upgrades to the buildings heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, lighting, plumbing, and fire detection and suppression systems,  replacement of existing slate roof to match existing, repairs to wood frame addition to the building, installation of new accessible entry and accessible rest room, repairs, restoration and cleaning of exterior brick masonry, window and door repair, shutter installation, exterior and interior painting, and repair to interior plaster finishes.
   

Project Time:

180 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed.
     

Construction Estimate:

  $575,000
   

Liquidated Damages:

$500.00 per calendar day.
