Project Description: |
|
The Work shall include, but not be limited to 1. The removal of the
existing SMS, renovating an existing space of approximately 700 sf into
the proposed Security Office (including all associated MPE) and providing
a fully automated and integrated computer‐based security management system
consisting of integrated Access Control (ACS), Identification (ID), Video
Intercom (VIS) and Closed Circuit TV (CCTV). 2. Modifications to the two
existing generator distribution systems including separation of life
safety systems, new automatic transfer switches, panelboards, feeders,
dry-type transformers, distribution and new receptacle branch circuits.
And providing a new generator serving network, server and security systems
in the building; including, automatic transfer switches, panelboards,
feeders and distribution.
