Bid Forms, Instructions to Bidders, Specifications and other bid documents will be made available and may be examined by Prime Bidders from the office of REGAN YOUNG ENGLAND BUTERA, PC; 456 High Street, Mt. Holly, New Jersey 08060 during regular business hours, (beginning on 08 March 2023).  Additional information, including a list of (registered) Prime Bidders, can be obtained from the Architect’s web site (www.RYEBREAD.com).  Subcontractors and vendors may obtain copies from registered Prime Bidders.  There is a $25.00 non-refundable fee for the bidding documents, payable by check, credit card, or cash.  Checks shall be made payable to REGAN YOUNG ENGLAND BUTERA, PC.  An electronic copy of the specifications and drawings will be made available to Prime Bidders; hard copies of the bidding documents will not be provided.  Access to the electronic documents will be emailed to the Prime Bidder upon receipt of their payment and all of the following information:

The project consists of, but is not limited to the following:

• Sitework.
• Foundations for home side bleachers w/press box, visitor side bleachers, and coordination of bleacher installation. (Bleachers shall be furnished and installed on foundations by others under separate contract with the Owner).
• Concession building with restroom facilities.
• Installation of concession equipment. (Equipment shall be supplied by others).
• Domestic water piping to concession building.
• Sanitary sewer from concession building.
• Power and communications to scoreboard. (Scoreboard shall be furnished and installed by others under separate contract with the Owner).
• Electrical pathways and cabling to all improvements.
• Football goalposts and relocation of existing goal post sleeves.

The Work shall include, but not be limited to, demolition, sitework, concrete, masonry, wood trusses, insulation, standing seam metal roofing, hollow metal doors & frames, overhead doors, toilet partitions, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.

Construction shall begin on or about 01 May 2023and shall be substantially completed on or before 25 August 2023.  The site shall be accessible to the contractors 24 hours per day, seven days a week during the construction period.

Registered Prime Bidders must submit substitution requests or any questions concerning the project to the Architect on Form 006001 BIDDER REQUEST FOR INFORMATION included in the Project Manual no later than 1:00 PM Tuesday, 21 March 2023.  The Architect will not respond to questions received by those other than Prime Bidders.

Prime Bidders listed below must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury, Department of Property and Management Construction, prior to the date that bids are received.  Any bids submitted under the terms of New Jersey Statutes not including a copy of a valid and active Pre-qualified/Classification Certificate and New Jersey Department of Labor Contractor Registration Certificate may be rejected as being non-responsive to bid requirements.
