Everyone,
I picked the study up yesterday (sorry about the delay) and I just
finished looking through it at my desk when you sent this e-mail.
First of all, let me just start by saying THANK YOU ALL for a job well
done!! Your entire study which included the rendering, timeline,
responsibilities of everyone involved and estimated cost are without a
doubt second to none in quality and comprehension for the lay person
trying to understand what a project like this involves. With your study
and presentation board, we should have no problem whatsoever gaining
approval from the members of the department to proceed…
Due to the July 4th holiday, our next meeting is on Monday 7-11-2011.
Before that time I am going to review and work on confirming funding
with our President Bill Challender and will get back to you as soon as
possible to get this project rolling.
On behalf of the entire Fire Department and Emergency Squad I would like
to again thank you all for your efforts, diligence and obvious attention
to detail with our needed project and cannot wait to work with you again
soon. Your team is the best of the best!
