Kitchen Alterations at the Mildred Magowan Elementary School.
The project consists of, but is not limited to, the removal of existing kitchen equipment, flooring and concrete slab, plaster and acoustical panel ceilings, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC and electrical equipment, and providing new.
The Work shall include, but not be limited to, selective demolition, concrete, masonry, wood doors with metal frames, coiling counter door, tile, acoustical panel ceiling, painting and food service equipment.
Project shall be awarded on or about 25 November 2025, and construction shall begin on or about 17 June 2026 and shall be substantially completed on or before 26 August 2026.
Bid Forms, Instructions to Bidders, Specifications and other bid documents will be made available and may be examined by Bidders from the office of REGAN YOUNG ENGLAND BUTERA, PC; 456 High Street, Mt. Holly, New Jersey 08060 during regular business hours. Additional information, including a list of registered Bidders, can be obtained from the Architect’s web site (www.RYEBREAD.com). Subcontractors and vendors may obtain copies from registered Bidders. There is a $25.00 non-refundable fee for the bidding documents, payable by credit card, check, or cash. Checks shall be made payable to REGAN YOUNG ENGLAND BUTERA, PC. An electronic copy of the specifications and drawings will be made available to Bidders; hard copies of the bidding documents will not be provided. Access to the electronic documents will be emailed to the Bidder upon receipt of their payment and all of the following information:

Registered Bidders must submit substitution requests or any questions concerning the project to the Architect on Form 006001 BIDDER REQUEST FOR INFORMATION included in the Project Manual no later than 1:00 PM Tuesday, 04 November 2025. The Architect will not respond to questions received by those other than registered Bidders.
Bidders must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury, Department of Property and Management Construction, prior to the date that bids are received.
