High School Storage Building – Lindenwold High School

The project consists of, but is not limited to, the construction of a light-frame storage building of approximately 2,100 square feet.

Bid Forms, Instructions to Bidders, Specifications and other bid documents will be made available and may be examined by Bidders from the office of REGAN YOUNG ENGLAND BUTERA, PC; 456 High Street, Mt. Holly, New Jersey 08060 during regular business hours.  Additional information, including a list of (registered) Bidders, can be obtained from the Architect’s web site (www.RYEBREAD.com).  There is a $25.00 non-refundable fee for the bidding documents, payable by check, credit card, or cash.  Checks shall be made payable to REGAN YOUNG ENGLAND BUTERA, PC.  An electronic copy of the specifications and drawings will be made available to Bidders; hard copies of the bidding documents will not be provided.  Access to the electronic documents will be emailed to the Bidder upon receipt of their payment  made via credit card purchase online at https://www.ryebread.com/bidding/, or by check delivered to RYEBREAD Architects.   Bidders must provide all of the following information for documents to be sent electronically:

Business name.

Contact person.

Business mailing address.

Bidders must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury, Department of Property and Management Construction, prior to the date that bids are received.  Any bids submitted under the terms of the Public Schools Contract Law, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq., not including a copy of a valid and active Pre-qualified/Classification Certificate and New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development Public Works Contractor Registration Certificate may be rejected as being non-responsive to bid requirements.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of the State of New Jersey Public School Contract Law, N.J.S.A. Title 18A:18A.  The withdrawal or modification to a Bid after the bid opening is not permitted.  All bid security, except for the security of the three apparent lowest responsible Bidders shall, if requested, be returned after ten days from the opening of the bids, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted, and the bids of such Bidders shall be considered as withdrawn.  The LINDENWOLD BOARD OF EDUCATION will return the remaining bidders security in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-36(a).
