5803A LINBOE Stage Rigging Renovations
Lindenwold School District Stage Rigging Demolition, Repairs, and Replacement.
The project consists of the theatrical rigging repairs and replacement at Lindenwold High School, Lindenwold Middle School, Lindenwold School #4 and Lindenwold School #5.
Bidders shall note that long-lead shop drawings are required to be initiated immediately after the issuance of the Section 007100 Notice to Proceed so that those items can be ordered as soon as possible. Construction shall begin on or about 29 June 2026 and shall be substantially completed on or before 21 August 2026 and all Punch List items completed by no later than 28 August 2026.
Bid Forms, Instructions to Bidders, Specifications and other bid documents will be made available and may be examined by Bidders from the office of REGAN YOUNG ENGLAND BUTERA, PC; 456 High Street, Mt. Holly, New Jersey 08060 during regular business hours. Additional information, including a list of (registered) Bidders, can be obtained from the Architect’s web site (www.RYEBREAD.com). There is a $25.00 non-refundable fee for the bidding documents, payable by check, credit card, or cash. Checks shall be made payable to Regan Young England Butera. An electronic copy of the specifications and drawings will be made available to Bidders; hard copies of the bidding documents will not be provided. Access to the electronic documents will be e-mailed to the Bidder upon receipt of their payment made via credit card purchase online at https://www.ryebread.com/bidding/, or by check delivered to RYEBREAD Architects. Bidders must provide all of the following information for documents to be sent electronically:

Bidders who have received the bidding documents may submit any questions concerning the project to Regan Young England Butera on Section 006001 BIDDER REQUEST FOR INFORMATION included in the Project Manual no later than 1:00 PM on 11 February 2026. The Architect will not respond to questions received by those other than Bidders.
Bidders must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury, Department of Property and Management Construction, prior to the date that bids are received. Any bids submitted under the terms of the Public Schools Contract Law, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq., not including a copy of a valid and active Pre-qualified/Classification Certificate and New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development Public Works Contractor Registration Certificate may be rejected as being non-responsive to bid requirements.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of the State of New Jersey Public School Contract Law, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A. The withdrawal or modification to a Bid after the bid opening is not permitted. All bid security, except for the security of the three apparent lowest responsible Bidders shall, if requested, be returned after ten days from the opening of the bids, Sundays, and holidays excepted, and the bids of such Bidders shall be considered as withdrawn. The Lindenwold Board of Education will return the remaining Bidders security in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-36(a).

The LINDENWOLD BOARD OF EDUCATION has the right to award the contracts within sixty (60) days of the bid opening and reserves the right to reject all bids in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22 and to waive non-material informalities or exceptions, as may be permitted by law.
Bidders are advised that the Lindenwold Board of Education reserves the right to cancel this Project at any time due to any unforeseen circumstances that arise in connection with any Public Health or other Emergency and funding related to same to the extent permitted by any Executive Order and/or legal authority granted due to the Emergency. By submitting a bid, Bidders waive, on behalf of themselves and their Subcontractors, any potential claim for increased costs, loss of profits, delay damages, or other similar consequential and direct damages incurred due to the Lindenwold Board of Education’s termination of the Project as permitted by law.
